He was friendly and professional, turned up when he said he would (next day), and gave me a great option to replace the door of our Bosch dryer with a new one from an unused damaged device that ended up costing way less than replacing the broken plastic bits or purchasing a new door through Bosch spares, and all completed within 24hrs! Definitely recommend.
